Supply and delivery of Audio-Visual Equipment on a requirement basis for the Carroll County Board of Education, also known as Carroll County Public Schools (CCPS), for the contract period pending availability of funds. Background CCPS has 40 schools and a total enrollment of approximately 25,000 students. By category, CCPS has seven (7) high schools; eight (8) middle schools; twenty-two (22) elementary schools; and three (3) alternative education schools. Contract Period Pricing shall commence on June 1, 2024, pending approval by the Board of Education and remain in effect until May 31, 2025. All pricing must remain firm for the duration of the contract period. Successful vendors will receive purchase orders for exact requirements from various locations within the Carroll County Public School System. Quantities Estimated order quantities are unknown and are not listed for this bid. Actual order quantities may vary. It is the intent for CCPS schools to use this bid for purchases of the specified items throughout the term of this contract. Any additional operations coming under the jurisdiction of the BOECC shall be entitled to purchase and be served at the accepted bid price. The contract shall be for the actual quantity ordered by and for CCPS.
