BOECC requests responses to this Solicitation for the purchase of Electricity Supply Services in accordance with the laws passed by the Maryland State Legislature and the regulations issued by the Maryland Public Service Commission permitting "customer choice" for electricity supply services. BOECC encourages responses from qualified Maryland licensed Electricity suppliers. March 26, 2024: Last day for submittal of questions (COB) Questions regarding any issues arising in the context of this procurement must be directed in writing to Nancy G. Codner, Supervisor of Purchasing. The mailing address for such communications is Carroll County Public Schools, 125 North Court Street, Westminster, Maryland 21157. Communications may also be made by facsimile at 410-751-3105, or e-mail ngcodne@carrollk12.org Step One - Qualifications Proposals shall be submitted electronically no later than April 5, 2024, 2:00 PM local time to Nancy Codner at ngcodne@carrollk12.org and Jenny Yingling at jlyingl@carrollk12.org. Proposals received after that date and time will not be considered. A mandatory duplicate hard copy is to be received no later than April 9, 2024, at 2:00 PM. Failure to deliver a hard copy of the Qualifications Proposal within the allotted time frame may result in the rejection of a bidder's bid submission, even if the original price submittal was received on time. Bidders shall identify their Proposal envelope with the bidder's name and clearly marked Bid #24- 031C, Electricity Supply Services.
