Bid deposits shall be in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check made payable to the County, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid Sum. B. All work will be completed within 2 calendar months. 5 Liquidated damages in the amount of $100 for each calendar day the project exceeds the projected schedule will be accessed and the Contractor's contract amount will be reduced.
