Furnish & Installation of Walk-in Coolers/Freezers at Three Schools Freedom Elementary School - 5626 Sykesville Road Sykesville, MD 21784 Friendship Valley Elementary School - 1100 Gist Road Westminster, MD 21157 Hampstead Elementary School - 3737 Shiloh Road Hampstead, MD 21074 It is the Intent of This Invitation to Bid to Establish a Contract to Furnish and Install Walk-in Coolers and Walk-in Freezers at 3 Locations. Carroll County Public Schools, Herein Called Ccps, is Contracting for All Labor, Supervision, Materials, and Equipment, Necessary to Furnish, Deliver, and Install Free-standing Bally Refrigeration Boxes and Units Only, *no Substitutions*, in Accordance With the Attached Terms, Specifications, and General Conditions. Is Contracting for All Labor, Supervision, Materials, and Equipment, Necessary to Furnish, Deliver, and Install a Free-standing Walk-in Cooler in Accordance With the Attached Terms, Specifications, and General Conditions. This Project is Intended to Be "turnkey" as Far as Installation is Concerned, Meaning the Successful Bidder Will Include All Costs for Mechanical Permit and Electrical Permit. Price Must Include Demolition Work and Removal of Debris. All Electrical Power Wiring and Control Wiring Must Be Included for the New Units. All Necessary Sub Floor Upgrades for Walk-ins in Pits Question Deadline 04/17/2024 The bidder shall bring the questions to the attention of the Purchasing Office via fax (410-751-3105), or e-mail (ngcodne@carrollk12.org ) The BOECC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received whenever such rejections or waivers are in the best interest of CCPS.
