The Mayor and Common Council of Westminster ("the City") requests proposals (hereinafter, a "Bid" or "Proposal") for Trail Design & Engineering Services Wakefield Valley Park in accordance with the attached Contract documents. By submission of a Proposal, the Bidder represents that it has the ability to comply with all requirements contained therein. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any portion thereof. All blanks on each form submitted in connection with the Request for Bids must be filled in, and no change shall be made to the items described in the form. All Bids must be signed in ink by the Bidder, with signature in full. Bids must be good for ninety (90) days. Prospective bidders who have questions regarding this Request for Bids should email their questions to Bids@westminster.gov. The closing time for submission of questions is 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 2024. The City of Westminster seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide professional design and construction engineering services for renovating and developing a trail system at Wakefield Valley Park, located at 1000 Fenby Farm Road, Westminster, MD. One firm will be selected to provide design and engineering services for this project.
