* Tender has been awarded to: AV Electrical Inc., Antigonish, NS at $140,300.00 Intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to provide Heat Pump Design, Glen Haven Manor, New Glasgow, N. S. for a Stipulated Price contract. Work under this Contract covers: .1 Provide new ductless split units as indicated on plans. .2 Relocate one (1) existing ductless split as indicated on drawings. .3 Provide all cutting and patching, fire stopping to complete the work. .4 Provide painting to match existing where slim duct enclosures cannot cover the installation work. .5 Any electrical work required. .6 All cutting, sealing of wall penetrations, supports and braces .7 All insulation work. .8 All roofing work required for roof mounted condensers. .9 CAN/CSA Z317.13-2022 Infections Control During Construction, Renovation, and Maintenance of Health Care Facility Direct questions to Victor Belliveau, P.
