Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project is located near Stewart St, New Glasgow. The Work generally includes the construction of a new storm sewer system and associated works. Street and sidewalk rehabilitation work are included. All work is described in the tender documents and includes safety supervision and control. This tender/project is a multi-year contract. Broken into two (2) years with the one bid. 2024/2025 & 2025/2026. Tender award is contingent on budget approval. Subject to the contract bid, some items may be removed or more added. This will be dependent on the line-item pricing. 2024/2025 will be from Station 0+000 to approx. 0+088; 2025/2026 will be from Station 0+088 to 0+272. The Town of New Glasgow reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all tenders received, ortoselect a tender which is deemed, by the Town of New Glasgow, to be in its best interests.
