Renovation of a medical facility in Prince George, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The facility is located on 73,189.7m2, 18 acres of land at 1475 Edmonton Street, west of the Prince George city centre. The aging roofing systems are well beyond life cycle replacements, and these roof replacements are the first to be replaced in a phased roofing replacement approach. The project scope includes the following work.
