College of New Caledonia (CNC) is seeking supply, implementation integration/installation and support services of Audio-Visual conference room technology (Microsoft Teams Rooms) for administrative meeting spaces to address distributed operational needs across six (6) campus locations. Locations of the scope of services includes CNC campuses across British Columbia in Prince George, Quesnel, Burns Lake, Fort St. James, Vanderhoof, and Mackenzie. Work includes one (1) TYPE 1 room, seven (7) TYPE 2 rooms, and one (1) TYPE 3 Mobile Conferencing Cart, with opportunities for more TYPE 2 rooms to be equipped in future phases.
