Northern Health Authority is requesting quotes for the Gateway Lodge Lighting Upgrade at Gateway Lodge, 1488 20th Ave, Prince George, BC. Gateway Lodge contains many large pendants in vaulted ceiling spaces that are difficult for facilities maintenance to maintain due to their size and mounting height. These pendants are to be changed with an integrated LED fixture that has been pre-selected by NHA. Since this style of pendant is found in other non-vaulted ceiling spaces throughout the facility, these pendants will also be replaced to maintain consistent aesthetic. Another fixture that has been difficult to obtain replacement parts for are the basket troffer lights found throughout the building corridors. These fixtures will be replaced with an integrated LED flat panel preselected by NHA. Since this lighting replacement project will be going through BC Hydro's incentive program, the supplier of the fixtures has already been chosen. The successful proponent should carry the attached bill of materials as a cash allowance. The project scope includes the following work. Unless noted otherwise, the successful Contractor is to supply and install all Work noted below: a) Install (277) Cooper 22CGTS-NUV 2X2 LED Flat Panel replacing the existing 2x2 basket troffer lights. b) Install (14) Cooper 42CGTS-NUV 2X4 LED Flat Panel replacing the existing 2x4 basket troffer lights. c) Install (70) Above All VSI-R-2518-30901-ACPMK-BK pendant lights replacing the existing pendant lights.
