City of Prince George is seeking proposals from qualified consultants with the appropriate team and sub-consultants to prepare assessments, detailed design, construction drawings and specifications, review and evaluation of competitive bids and construction contract administration services for City owned buildings as outlined in this Request for Proposal. Qualified consultant teams are required for the project to have expertise in building envelope engineering, RCABC Roofing Inspectors, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture and construction estimation. The City has planned eight (8) roof replacements over the next two (2) years. The City reserves the right to pre-qualify no more than two (2) or three (3) proponents responding to this RFP for the 2025 roofing replacement projects to provide competitive pricing, and schedule for the roofs identified years 2025-2027.
