Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Prince George, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

CNC is looking for a contractor to complete the modifications of piping and relocation, demolition, and addition of pumps to the 100 Block mechanical room. The scope of work shall include but not be limited to, the furnishing of labour, materials, tools, and equipment required to provide a complete installation and the testing of all systems within the mechanical room as shown on the drawings and specified in the mechanical specifications. The controls are not included in this scope of work, however the contractor will coordinate with the controls contractor who will provide and install controls equipment, as noted in this specification.
