The Ministry of Forests, BC Timber Sales program is required to maintain all of its designated Forest Service Roads. BCTS needs to ensure that the structural integrity of the road prism and clearing width are protected; the road drainage systems are functional; and that the road can be safely used by the road users. This contract will involve the brushing of approximately 5.68km's of BCTS FSR's; this also involves ensuring that all existing drainage structures are left in a functional manner and free of woody debris. All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.PrinceGeorgeTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca. Deadline for receiving questions is 4:30 pm on August 5, 2024. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to electronically by August 7, 2024. Estimated Contract Duration (1 months) If your bid deposit is in the form of cash, money order, certified cheque or bank draft, you will not be able to e-bid. See allowable submission delivery method(s) above. Also see Conditions of Tender for acceptable bid securities. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
