The Commissioners of St. Michaels reserve the right to reject any and all bids. Replace HVAC Unit at 201 Boundary Lane San Domingo Creek Administration Building . Introduction/Project Summary The Town of St. Michaels has acquired a new office building located on 201 Boundary Lane in St. Michaels, MD. The existing geothermal system is failing and needs to be replaced immediately. The system includes a geothermal well, all-in one air handler condenser, indoor condenser unit and air handler. The all-in-one unit and indoor condenser unit are located in a mechanical storage closet on the first floor. The second air handler is located in the attic. The building has zone control for the individual rooms and has several thermostats. The Town is requesting bids to replace the geothermal system with two heat pump HVAC split systems. Attached is the scope of work and bid sheet. There are several alternate pricing options that the Town would like to review which are listed in the alternate section.
