Site work for a water / sewer project in Mountain City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work is in one Contract for installing 850 feet of 8-inch sewer and approximately 1,500 feet of 8-inch pipe bursting and all work shown on the project plans and within the project specifications. Project Location: The project is located along SR34 at Atwood Street, the Ralph Stout Park, along SR 67, and Crossroads Drive within or near the Town of Mountain City. Refer to the project drawings for vicinity map. Question Deadline 07/16/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Please submit questions regarding this project through Online. The successful bidder is required to furnish both performance and payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids
