Site work for a water / sewer project in Mountain City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work is in one Contract and includes surface preparation and painting the interior of two up flow clarifier gravity filters, associated piping, miscellaneous metals and replacing the air scour piping and all work. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. The successful bidder is required to furnish both performance and payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 08/27/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered .
