Well Installation The work is in one Contract for installing up to three test wells and one production well to an estimated depth of 700 feet and all work shown on the project plans and within the project specifications. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The contractor shall complete the Statement of Compliance Illegal Immigrants form and submit it with the bid. All bidders shall comply with all provisions of Chapter 817 of TCA 12-12-106 as it relates to certification of compliance regarding the Iran Divestment Act. The Contractor shall complete the Statement of Compliance Certificate for Iran Divestment Act and submit it with the bid. All bidders shall comply with all provisions of TCA 12-4-119 as it relates to certification of compliance regarding the boycott of Israel. The Contractor shall complete the Statement of Compliance Certificate for Non-Boycott of Israel and submit it with the bid. All bidders shall certify compliance regarding Debarment, Suspension and other Responsibility Matters, complete the associated Certificate and submit it with the bid. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. The successful bidder is required to furnish both performance and payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
