The Project shall be completed within 240 calendar days after notice to proceed is received . Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty in form of: (1) a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit equal to 10% of the bid ; or (2) a bid guaranty bond for the full amount of the bid . Both forms of guaranties as provided in Chapter 153 of the Ohio Revised Code and in the Project Specifications. Doc note: Bidders requesting plans and specifications shall submit company name and mailing address, contact name and email address. Requests of said documents shall register bidders as plan holders of record will receive addendum to the drawings and/or specifications, if any. Plans and specifications are on file for review at the Stark County Commissioners Offices, Stark County Office Building, 110 Central Plaza South, Suite 240, Canton, Ohio 44702. The only bids that will be accepted will be those from bidders of record. Bidders of record are those who have signed the bidders list, obtained specifications, and paid the prescribed fee. The Stark County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid or combination of bids which is deemed most favorable to the County at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
