Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in West Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the addition of a 15,145-square-foot, two-story above grade, 260-seat educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Work of this Contract is for the construction of a two (2) storey addition to an existing Elementary School. Site work involves a fully developed site with civil, landscaping, mechanical and electrical assemblies, and services. The building addition consists of masonry on the lower level and metal cladding above. The roof consists of 2- ply modified SBS Membrane on steel decking.
