Bleacher Repairs The School Board Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and to Award the Proposals in the Best Interest of the School District. Scope of Work: The successful Bidder will be responsible for services, supplies and materials to prepare the site, relocate existing play equipment, and install accessible sidewalks, retaining walls, new drainage, and new gates and/or to supply and install the playground equipment, poured in place rubber safety surface and/or benches providing delivery, installation that meets at a minimum of the following requirements [NOTE: It is not the intent to limit the Bidder, the Bid or the evaluation of the Bid to any one material or product specified but rather to describe the minimum standard. When proprietary names are used in these Technical Specifications, they shall be followed (or presume they are followed) by the words or alternatives of the quality necessary to meet the specifications. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to provide information to the District to illustrate the proposed alternative meets the specified minimum standard and otherwise meets the Specifications outlined herein. A bid containing an alternative which does not meet the Specifications may be declared to be non- responsive.
