Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Azle, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 142,000-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 34,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This project consists of Package 1 of the renovations & additions at the existing Azle Junior High School campus. In this package we will bid Grading, Utilities, and Site Main Power. This will be the first of 3 packages for the entire project. The school will consist of an estimated to be around 142,000 SF of new additions and 34,000 SF of renovations.
