The Town of Hartford is accepting proposals for the planning, testing, installation, and overall purchase of a video system with streaming/encoding capabilities. The system should include 3 PTZ cameras, hardware encoding and capture device, capture card, cabling as well as a live production video switcher with necessary monitors. In addition to this, additionally needed audio equipment to upgrade the existing Creston PA system. The proposed system would be installed at the Hartford Town Hall Building located at 171 Bridge Street, White River Junction Vermont, 05001. The Town of Hartford reserves the right to award a contract for said services based upon, in its sole determination, cost, value and what is to be determined to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town also reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and/or to waive any irregularities contained in submissions received as it deems appropriate and in the best interest of the Town.
