The Town of Hartford, VT is accepting bids from Paving Contractors for cold plane asphalt milling, vertical structure adjustments, paving and shoulder work. The bidder shall perform all work in accordance with the attached Scope of Work and General Construction Notes and Requirements. The Town will consider using mixes containing not more than 20% RAP (recycled asphalt product) in accordance with the current VTrans specifications. Questions about this Request for Bids should be directed to Christopher Holzwarth, Project Manager (cholzwarth@hartford-vt.org). The cutoff date for contractor questions shall be no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, August 7, 2024.
