Design Services W. 12th Street Water Main Replacement. Description: The proposed services are generally described as follows: i) Development of a preliminary engineering report and opinion of probable construction cost; ii) Field reconnaissance/site information for the proposed water main alignment; iii) Detailed design and preparation of contract documents, including detailed drawings, bid sheets, specifications, and a detailed opinion of probable construction cost; iv) Bid phase services including attendance at bid opening and written recommendation on award of contract. (Note: Dissemination of the bid package to the bidders and preparation of the bid tabulation will be performed by Quest CDN); and vii) Construction phase services, including attendance at pre-construction conference, and consultation during construction. This project is seeking funding by Kentucky Infrastructure Authority - Cleaner Water Program funds. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
