Questions concerning the Bid should be submitted via no later than 5 p.m. on Friday June 21, 2024 The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A License at time of bid submittal. A Bid Bond, cash, certified check, or cashiers check, in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount payable to the County of Marin shall accompany the Proposal. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Marin reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the right to waive any irregularities.
