Renovation of a mixed-use development in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 20,500-square-foot educational facility.
SUNY Broome Community College is seeking bids from qualified bidders for General Construction. The Bidders shall provide, labor, materials, equipment and associated costs to complete all work necessary on the project. The project includes Main & West Gyms, Dance Studio Wood Floor Refinishing. Minimum Wage Rates shall be as determined by the New York State Department of Labor. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Deposit of Cash, Certified Check or Bid Bond, payable to SUNY Broome Community College, Treasurer, in the amount specified by this advertisement and in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Bid. The retention and disposal of such Cash, Certified Check or Bid Bond, by SUNY Broome, shall conform with Article 5A, Section 105 of the General Municipal Law, as amended. The successful Contractor will be required to execute the Contract and comply, in all respects, with Article 5A, Section 105 of the General Municipal Law, as amended.
