Slide Gate at Front Street Pump Station The City of Binghamton reserves the right to reject any bid, request for assignment, renewal or extension for an entity that appears on the Prohibited Entities List prior to the award, assignment, renewal or extension of a contract, and to pursue a responsibility review with respect to any entity that is awarded a contract and appears on the Prohibited Entities list after contract award. Please submit any questions in writing to Bernice Griffiths, Purchasing Agent at bggriffiths@cityofbinghamton.gov. Supplying a one-of-a-kind manufactured product capable of being installed by contractor. Getting the proper measurements and standing behind those same to provide a working slide gate capable of fully isolating the wet well inflow. For a general scope of understanding a generic drawing of a slide gate will be included with the package. The measurements on the generic drawing are in no way to be interpreted as actual figures for this project.
