General Construction Services VDOT Lynchburg City & Campbell County The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to establish a time and materials contract to provide on-call, as-needed General Construction Services within the Lynchburg District, Lynchburg City and Campbell County in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). The Contractor shall possess a Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) Contractor's license Class "A" or "B". VDOT reserves the right to add or remove sites during the contract period. To be determined at the time of award through one year (renewable) Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Robert Dowdle at Robert.Dowdle@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM EST five days prior to the IFB Close.
