Renovation of a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
As of September 19,2024, project was awarded to Fairfield Enterprises, LLC , awarded amount is $437,640.30. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary for the replacement of various exterior lighting on the first floor of the South Parking Garage, the South Expansion Parking Garage, as well as interior and exterior lighting in both the North and South Garage Elevator Lobbies with LED lights. All work will be performed in accordance with the specifications, construction drawings, and local code.
