The Richmond International Airport Taxiways C & E Intersection Relocation project consists of the construction of a new stub Taxiways A2 and A3 east of the existing Concourses A & B apron between Taxiways A and U, consisting of new concrete taxiway pavement and asphalt shoulders; modification of the existing storm drainage system impacted by the project; installation of taxiway centerline lighting, taxiway edge lighting, and airfield signage; demolition of existing asphalt and concrete pavement as required by the new pavement geometry; and demolition of existing taxiway centerline lighting, taxiway edge lighting and airfield signage as required by the new geometry.
