The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals with the intent to enter into a contract through competitive negotiations with a design team to provide the full range of Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services for the design and construction of the East Green at the Science Museum of Virginia. This approximate 5-acre parcel runs along DMV Drive from Broad Street to the shared parking lot at the corner of Leigh Street and DMV Drive. It includes two current surface parking lots and the former site of the Workers Compensation Building. The Science Museum desires this space to complement the Green project recently completed in front of the museum along Broad Street. Period Of Contract: Start Date TBD. Completion by December 31, 2026 Questions shall be submitted to Laura Dearhart in writing by June 28, 2024. Owner's Small Business Participation Goal: 45% The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
