This Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Delaware Department of Transportation is for the purpose of acquiring Proposals from interested firms to provide inspection, design, and construction support services for the project to construct a cap over I-95 in the areas of the overpasses over I-95 between the Viaduct and the Brandywine River Bridge in Wilmington. The purpose of this project is to construct a cap over I-95 to reconnect communities in Wilmington that were separated with the construction of the interstate. The areas for potential construction of the cap stretch between the overpass for 6th Street (Bridge 1-751) and the overpass for SR52 Delaware Avenue (Bridge 1- 757).
