Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Silverdale, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.

Remove and replace entire existing roofs, roof insulation, fascia, soffits, gutters, downspouts roof hatches and associated trims/fasteners on B7415, 7419, 7425 and 7428. Work on B7415, B7419 and B7425 to include Logistic Escape Trunk (LET) roof hatches, integrated hand railings and their electrical motors and actuators. Install snow guard systems to B7125 and B7142. Coordinate with ET prior to commencement of work. 2. All work elements described below apply to all four (7415, 7419, 7425, 7428) unless otherwise specified. 3. Submit and gain approval for all required outages and closures/disruptions prior to starting work on each building. 4. Receive all materials per building prior to starting roof tear off to minimize risk of interruption of work and impact to customer critical mission. 5. Provide overhead safety protection for building occupants to allow for the roofing work with minimal disruption to 24hour work cycle inside. 6. Contractor is responsible to provide weather protection for the interior of the buildings and the building contents during construction. The building contents will not be emptied during construction. 7. Selective demolition of existing roofing and roofing insulation. Includes personnel and roll up door area roof overhang roofs and trims. 8. Selective demolition of existing gutters and down spouts Install new personnel and roll up door area overhang roofs and associated flashings and trims. 14. Install new roofing insulation to meet R38 standard. 15. Install new rooftop walking surfaces for areas of access around LET hatches. 16. Install new roof hatches, hatch operation motor/mechanisms (B7425 is only building with motorized hatches, B7415 and B7419 have manually opening hatch mechanisms) and associated hatch hand railing systems. Each B7425 hatch motor to also include new weatherproof switch and enclosure and associated conduit and wiring to replace existing. The B7425 interior electrical assemblies/components for the hatches are to be re-used. New hatch exterior assemblies/components to integrate with the existing interior hatch electrical assemblies without modification. 17. Install new roof gutters and down spouts with splash blocks unless exiting into existing piping. 18. Install snow guard system to B7125 (600LF) and to B7142 (100LF). 19. Upon completion of the work, the Contractor shall inform the ET to demonstrate operational tests .
