The scope of services as set forth in this Request for Proposals, represents an outline of the services which Town anticipates the successful proposer to perform, and is presented for the primary purpose of allowing the comparison of proposals. The precise scope of services in the Professional Services Agreement shall be negotiated between the Town and the successful Proposer. Rather than present an all-inclusive scope of services for the consultant to perform, interested firms should develop their own specific scope of work following the most up-to-date industry practices. However, at a minimum, the successful proposal will include reviewing and updating the Town's development processing fees and recommending revision, elimination, or additional fees (if necessary). The scope of services' primary deliverable will be a study that documents the Town's costs in providing development-related services and provides a reasonable basis for apportioning those costs between different types of development applications. This study will address both direct and indirect costs of providing the subject services. Interviews Conducted (virtually) August 1, 2024 Notice of Intent to Award August 6 2024 The Town reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether or not any aspect of the response satisfactorily meets the criteria established in the RFP. The Town reserves the right to seek additional information and/or clarification from the respondent, the right to confer with any respondent submitting a response and the right to reject any or all responses with or without cause.
