Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
This project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of six RTUs at the Frederiksen Court Community Center Project Information: Substantial Completion: 45 Days (Approximately September 6, 2024) Final Completion: 105 Days (Approximately November 5, 2024) Bid Estimate: $200,000.00 Bid security shall be agreed upon as the measure of liquidated damages which the Owner will sustain by failure, neglect or refusal of bidder to deliver a signed contract stipulating performance of the Work in unqualified compliance with Contract Documents. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Contract Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract sum within ten (10) days after receipt of Notice of Award. The Iowa Board of Regents, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to accept that bid which is deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
