The City of Clear Lake Shores is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for disaster management, recovery, and consulting services to support the City with the oversight and management of their debris management contractors on an "as needed" basis for either declared or non-declared events. The City reserves the right to make a single award or multiple awards to accomplish all services outlines in this RFP. Anticipated Contract Start Date: August 6, 2024. This will be a three (3) year contract, with two (2) one-year renewal terms available upon the mutual agreement of the parties with no more than 3% escalation factor per renewal. The annually renewable agreement is meant as an option for either party to exit the contractual obligation at its discretion.
