Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, labor, and services necessary to perform all framing, man doors, overhead doors, windows, batt and rigid wall/ceiling insulation, 5/8" drywall on walls/ceilings, FRP wall paneling and rubber wall base, underlayment, soffit, metal roofing, trim, and siding per attached drawings and specifications. Locksets and cylinders shall be excluded from scope for man doors. Other exclusions include all civil/concrete work, foundation insulation, electrical/data, paint. Bid option #1: Install stone masonry at gable ends per page A3.5. Bid option #2: Increase eave and gable overhang to ~2' in lieu of 11". The above bid options are to be priced separately and are contingent on the award of the base bid. The project award will be based solely upon the lowest, responsive base bid.
