Renovation one Women's Restroom, Upper Commons Lobby at Mountain Heritage High School Scope of Work, Description (continued) ALL Color proposals will be presented to YCS for prior approval Women Restroom all existing counter tops, toilets (3/+1ADA) and sinks (2/+1ADA) will be replaced new and in existing locations All existing ceiling and walls will be prepped and painted Existing Door will be refinished with hardware All under the counter top plumbing will be covered with accessible cover Toilet Plastic Compartments Panels (3/+1ADA) will be made of High-density polyethylene (HDPE) suitable for exposed applications, waterproof, non-absorbent, and graffiti-resistant textured surface with an ADA accessible door pull for out-swinging door Mount compartment doors based on height of specified system ALL Accessory Colors and Finishes will be presented to YCS for prior approval The Installation Period will open Thursday 06-27-2024 with completion by Friday 08-09-2024. All materials and fixtures will be American with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant Demolition Square footage as this Project will be slightly larger than the previous RFP 24-03 Demo all fixtures, mirrors, dispensers, bars, vent covers, air return covers, and tile floor. Salvage all compartment and wall partitions along with doors for YCS. PREPARATION Clean surfaces thoroughly prior to installation. Prepare surfaces using the methods recommended by the manufacturer for achieving the best result for the substrate under the project conditions.
