Reference Number 0000355650 Delivery Point see specifications The City of Southfield is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for garage door services. Pricing is being requested on a preventive maintenance program and for as-needed repair services as described in this proposal. The City will select the option deemed to be in its best interest. This agreement will be for a 1-year period with the option to renew for an additional 1-year. The successful company will be required to provide insurance acceptable to the City. Copies of these requirements have been provided for your review. Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: 1-year renewal option Question Deadline 06/24/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions must be received no later than date and time and be sent to purchasingdept@cityofsouthfield.com. Place the name of the bid request in the subject line of the email. The system will not allow for late submittals and a submittal must be completed before the due date and time.
