Town of Nolensville, Tennessee Request for Proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (Cmar) for Town of Nolensville Police Headquarters the Town of Nolensville, Tennessee Will Accept Sealed Proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (Cmar) for the Completion of the Future New Nolensville Police Headquarters Building Located on Sunset Road. The Project Scope Will Consist of Preconstruction Services to Develop a Construction Schedule and Plan of Service for Executing the Work, as Well as General Contractor Services to Complete the Remaining Portion of the Work. The Town Will Not Be Conducting a Pre-proposal Meeting. Any Questions From Respondents Should Be Directed to the Town Utilizing the Instructions Contained in the Request for Proposal. The Town of Nolensville, Through Its Board of Commissioners, Reserves the Right to Reject Any/and All Proposals, to Waive Any Formalities and Informalities in the Proposals Received, and to Accept Any Proposal Which in Its Opinion May Be in the Best Interest of the Town of Nolensville. he Town Will Not Be Conducting a Pre-proposal Meeting.
