Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Nolensville, Tennessee. Design plans call for the construction of a 17,000-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The Nolensville Police Department is growing due to the ever-expanding population of the town. Currently, all available space within Town Hall is consumed with many spaces being shared offices. For the long-term benefit of the town, a new police department facility (15,000-20,000 square feet) is needed. A new facility would allow more accommodating grow within the Police Department as well as allow the town to repurpose the existing space occupied by the Police Department for improved resident services in other areas. As January 14, 2026, this project is in the design phase. An architect has been selected for the project. Schematic design is anticipated to be completed in April/May of 2026. Information regarding the contractor selection process has not been determined. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
