Site work and paving for a civil project in Nolensville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work to be performed by the Contractorshall consist of construction of the ARP CULVERT REPLACEMENT PACKAGE 1 as specified herein, in the Construction Plans, and/or as directed by the Town Manager. The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all materials, supplies, and equipment; performing all labor and services incidental to or necessary for the complete maintenance of streets in accordance with the specifications; and the maintenance of each completed portion of the work until final acceptance of the entire project by the Town. All Qualified Bidders are invited to submit bids for the construction of Storm Water Improvements at Five Locations to be funded in part under the TDEC American Rescue Plan (ARP) Grant. The Project consists of storm system installation, grading, drainage, erosion control, and traffic control for storm water improvements. This Invitation to Bid is subject to the instructions, conditions, specifications, addenda, and other elements, including those incorporated by reference. The contracts for five project sites will be packaged as specified and will be Lump Sum contract(s). All Bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the "CONTRACTOR'S LICENSING ACT OF 1976," and as passed by the 89th General Assembly of the State of Tennessee. Furthermore, the Contractor should have the necessary licensing classifications as listed in the Rules of Tennessee Board for Licensing General Contractors-Chapter 0680-1. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or by a Bidder's Bond executed by the Bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in Tennessee in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid(s). The successful Bidder will be required to execute an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price within thirty (30) calendar days of contract award notice.
