Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Nolensville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.

The Town of Nolensville, Tennessee is accepting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for curb and gutter repair, storm drain replacement, and sidewalk construction. All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes and addressed as specified. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if deemed necessary and in the best interest of the citizens. There are currently three outstanding locations where repairs are necessary described below. 1) 181Burberry Glen Blvd. This location will require a new storm drain frame and grate. 2) 1920 Vine Street. This location will require a new frame; however, the grate will be reuseable. 3) Summerly Drive approximately 400' east of the intersection of Nolensville Road and Summerlyn Drive. This location is on the north side of the road. This location will only require pavement repair. Question Deadline 12/01/2025 at 4:00 PM CT Every request for such interpretation should be emailed to Kyle Billingsley, Public Works Director, at kbillingsley@nolensvilletn.gov. To be given consideration requests must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
