Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Oostburg, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: 1,700 SY Common Excavation, 638 LF Sawcut Pavement, 493 LF Curb & Gutter Removal, 493 LF New 30 Concrete Curb & Gutter, 1,637 SY New 4" Concrete Sidewalk, 908 SY Concrete Driveway Removal, 508 Asphalt Driveway Removal, 1.035 SY Asphalt Removal, 168 New Asphalt Driveway. 1,035 New Asphalt Pavement, 470 New Gravel Driveway. 92 SY New Concrete Driveway Apron, 13 EA Curb Ramps w/ Detectable Warning Surfaces, 18 EA Inlet Protection, 164 SY Riprap Removal, 35 SY New Rip Rap, 1 EA Sign Relocation, 764 LF Silt Fence, 174 SY Erosion Mat, 2,670 SY Lawn Restoration. The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the date of opening. The Village of Oostburg reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein. Question Deadline 06/27/2024
