**As of June 4, 2025, the project was awarded to Alfson Excavating LLC - Valders, with an awarded amount of$1,338,801.01.** The Project consists of constructing: Utility replacements on S. 9th Street, Huron Avenue, and Ontario Avenue Work includes replacement of the existing water main and sanitary sewers and appurtenances. Water services and sanitary laterals will be replaced from the main to the right of way. Selective storm sewer manholes and inlets will be replaced along S. 9th Street. Storm sewers in Huron Avenue and Ontario Avenue will be replaced with larger storm sewers. Final restoration including paving, curb and gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, striping, and seeding will be completed by the Owner under separate contract.
