The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids to furnish materials, supervision, technical personnel, labor, machinery, and services to complete the Impervious Surface Removal of approximately .36 acres of city property located at 1010 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, Georgia in accordance with the bid documents. All proposals must include the following: 1.Removal of all asphalt up to the sidewalk and curbing of the property 2.Removal of all brick wall/curbing surrounding property 3.Removal of all metal poles within this area 4.Removal of sign fixture 5.Removal of concrete post/base of previously existing light pole 6.Clear, remove and haul any and all debris to an approved EPD landfill or location. 7.Lot must be restored to natural grade and conditions including fill dirt, seeding etc. 8.All areas surrounding the work site shall be protected from debris or damage 9.All work shall be substantially completed within thirty days of the issued Purchase Order. Nothing in this specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered.
