Site work for a pipeline in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline.

As of 6/27/2024 the Owner pulled this project, and it was put on hold. This will be re posted at a later date. Landfill Gas Treatment & Flare Equipment Installation. To install landfill gas treatment and flare equipment 112 Otter Avenue, Oshkosh, WI 54901 A Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond, Payable to Winnebago County in an Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Amount Must Accompany the Bid as a Guarantee That if the Bid is Accepted, the Bidder Will Execute and File the Proper Contract Within Ten (10) Days After Award of the Contract. Contractor Shall Furnish a Public Improvement Performance/labor and Materials Payment Bond Pursuant to Sec. 779.14 Wi Statutes, With a Surety Duly Authorized to and Licensed to Do Business in the State of Wisconsin for Use and Benefit of Claimants in an Amount Not Less Than the Contract Sum. We Reserve the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Accept the Bid(S) Considered Most Advantageous to Winnebago County. Question Deadline 08/05/2024 The Work includes: 1. Mobilization/demobilization 2. Phase 1 Prep and Demolition. 3. Site excavation, grading, and access road. 4. Concrete foundations for the new equipment skids and flare. 5. Installation of Owner provided Extraction Blower and Flare equipment. 6. Installation of Owner provided Compressor and Treatment Skid equipment. 7. Installation of Owner supplied LFG Equipment Power and Control equipment. 8. 6 to 12-inch dia. stainless steel LFG pipe (~180-ft). 9. 1inch dia. carbon steel condensate piping (~120-ft). 10. 2-inch dia. carbon steel glycol piping (~65-ft). 11. Power/control conduit, wire/cabling raceways for extraction blower skid, the new flare, the compressor treatment skid, the air-cooler, and the glycol chiller. 12. Heat-Trace and Insulation. 13. Main Control Panel and SCADA Integration. 14. Building Systems Modifications. 15. Phase 2 Demolition. 16. Participate in commissioning the facility. 17. Conduct project close-out and clean-up. 18. Provide Owner with operations and maintenance manuals and "as-built" drawings WORK SEQUENCE A. The sequence of the Work shall be the Contractor's responsibility. The Contractor shall submit a proposed sequence to the Engineer within 10 days after issuance of the notice to proceed. B. Provide for existing extraction blower and flare skid operation during the new equipment installation. This will require the LFG inlet piping, valving, and controls in the building, as well as the flare skid, to be operational during construction. C. Coordinate receipt, unloading, and installation, of the equipment skids and flare with the Owner/Engineer and per the manufacturer's requirements. D. Hire a System Integrator per the project specifications to coordinate integration of the new equipment controls with the new Main Control Panel and existing facility SCADA systems. E. Notify Owner/Engineer prior to adjustment to the work sequence during implementation of the project.
