The Scope of Work listed below is not inclusive of requirements from unforeseeable changes. All work shall be carried out with City direction, input and review. On-site inspection, evaluation, sample collection and quantification of suspect asbestos- containing material. On-site inspection, evaluation, sample collection and quantification of suspect Mold impacted material. On-site evaluation, sample collection as applicable and quantification of air quality testing. On-site administration and retrieval of canisters for Radon sample collection, quantification and evaluation. Perform and comply with all proper National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) regulations for environmental hazards inspection. Ensure proper locations and number of samples, including but not limited to, building materials known to contain asbestos. Provide the City with a report indicating findings, which will include a general property description, sample results, location and quantity of effected materials, lab results, photos, inspectors/lab certifications, all within three weeks of initial sampling. Monitoring of asbestos, and/or mold abatement and/or control measures: On-site monitoring of abatement and/or control measure work shall be performed on an as-needed basis. The Consultant shall be responsible for coordinating with City's designated abatement contractor in developing the monitoring schedule as needed. The Consultant shall submit documentation for monitoring (field reports) to the Housing Rehabilitation Coordinator. Final clearances for asbestos, and/or mold abatement and/or control measures shall be required upon completion of the abatement. The Consultant shall be responsible for coordinating with the City designated abatement contractor to schedule for clearances. Final clearance documentation shall be submitted to the City Housing Rehabilitation Coordinator electronically. This documentation shall include a laboratory analysis report. At the City's discretion, the Contract created by this request and the resulting quotation will automatically renew for up to four successive one-year terms (each, a "Renewal Term"), unless the Contractor notifies the City in writing of its desire to terminate the Contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
