Renovation of a medical facility in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This project will relocate the telecom functions to a closer location of John Pappajohn Pavilion on both level 1 and 2 to allow for expansion of the spaces. Estimated Construction Cost: $534,000.00 The design professional is responsible for the short-circuit, protective device coordination study. There is no pre-existing arc-flash study in this area of the building and is not a requirement of this project. Equipment manufacturer shall provide generic Arc-Flash warning labels at new panels.
