The existing roof is a rock ballasted EPDM membrane over tapered insulation over flat concrete deck. The new system shall be a PVC membrane over tapered insulation. Existing mechanical units supports, mechanical curbs, vents, and power penetrations are to be modified for new flashing. TSB 10% PN - R3006.681.01
