The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price for a period of five (5) years after its completion and formal acceptance by the City. No work shall be done between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am without the approval of the Engineer, with the exception of saw cutting freshly poured concrete. Notify the Engineer four days in advance of street closings so that a press release can be issued. No street may be closed without the Engineer's approval and said notification For all contracts of $25,000 or more, the successful bidder shall abide by the requirements of the City's Wage
