High Street and Southgate Avenue Sidewalk Infill Project Specified Start Date: August 19, 2024 Final Completion Date: October 28, 2024 Liquidated Damages: $100 per day Bid security not required. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price for a period of five (5) years after its completion and formal acceptance by the City. No work shall be done between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am without the approval of the Engineer, with the exception of saw cutting freshly poured concrete. Notify the Engineer four days in advance of street closings so that a press release can be issued.
